A grassroots movement

So, in true grassroots fashion, we won't be dropping you into a finished, flashing, confusing site that has overdosed on ads. Instead, we are going to grow the site slowly, focusing on simple design, intuitive navigation, and visitor feedback. Hopefully, this allows us to create the site that suits you, our adventurous visitor, best.

Some of the things that Junk Revolution will be offering are project ideas, techniques & tips, contests, and a community message board for all you junkers out there. Also, for a running junk dialog, check out my blog "Junk Camp — A Junker's Diary."

Our online store is up and shipping—just in time for the holidays. It includes exclusive Junk Revolution designed t-shirts, sweats, hats, junk crafted accessories for your home and garden, junk-made jewelry, belts and bags, "while supplies last" rescued trinkets, and the occasional, spectacular, one-of a kind junk oddity.

We will be offering an ad gallery through which smaller businesses can promote their products and our visitors can discover unique items that truly reflect the spirit of the Junk Revolution.
